OCEANIC SPORT DRYSUIT
The Oceanic Sport is a simple, lightweight and excellent value for money trilaminate drysuit that remains strong and durable but without the expense of additional extras and frills.
The Oceanic Sport is a rear entry trilaminate suit built around a simple concept, make a hard wearing and lightweight suit at a very affordable price. This drysuit may not adorned with all the extras found on more expensive suits but it is still built and tested to the same standards. The Oceanic Sport uses our 420 denier nylon material laid over a 220g/sqm buytl with an inside lining of comfortable polyester which come together to help minimise the risk of puncture. The male version is finished in black with silver stitching the ladies version is black with fuchsia panels down the side of the body and legs with fuchsia stitching.
Each panel of the drysuit is cut on the bias (diagonal to the weave of the material) that allows us to achieve a much higher stretch and flexibility to the overall suit which in turn means that the suit can be cut to a better fit and reduce the amount of excess material typically found on a trilaminate drysuit. The suit is stitched and taped for strength and integrity and finished with Seamtite latex wrist and neck seals as standard. 3M reflective panels are added to the arms for improved visibility in low light environments.
The knees are protected from abrasion by a secondary layer of 420 denier nylon to match the suit to prolong the life of the suit in this very high wear area. The heavy duty boots that are fitted to the Oceanic Sport provide excellent grip from their grooved soles and also good thermal protection from a 4.5mm thick neoprene lining on the inside.
A swivelling inflator valve allows for optimised hose routing depending on your regulator configuration and deflation is handled by a low profile cuff dump on the left arm. Removable internal elasticated braces are fitted to help reduce material movement during diving.
