FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders over £200 to all mainland UK locations (excluding Highlands and Islands).
All delivery addresses outside this area, or for orders under £200 additional charges apply as listed below:

Any orders over £1000 will receive free shipping to all UK mainland, Highlands and UK Islands addresses.

We reserve the right to not ship to certain destinations. You will be informed if we deem your order to be in one of those locations.

STOCK
We supply all of our internet orders from stock held in our facility in Birmingham UK, although we do our best to make sure the items showing on this website are available for immediate despatch, in some cases this is not possible. We do not part ship an order placed using this web site, we will wait for all items to be available. If this means that your order will be delayed we will contact you to offer you the option of part shipment of your order, which may involve additional postage, or to cancel part or all of your order.

All orders are checked and verified before despatch, each item will be removed from relevant packaging and tested and checked as necessary to ensure that your order leaves us in full working order and in perfect condition.

We endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours of you placing your order with us if there will be any delay for any reason you will be contacted directly. We will confirm despatch via email. If we cannot do this for any reason we will contact you by e-mail.

Despatch times shown on the web site are estimated and we accept no liability for issues caused by a delay in despatch of your order.

You have the option to withhold your e-mail address from us when you place your order, you should note however in the event of a problem dispatching your order we would not be able to contact you and may subsequently cancel your order.

All orders have to be sent to the card holders address.

All International Orders must be shipped to the billing address. PO Box addresses will not be accepted.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to you at the point at which it is delivered. It is your obligation to check for damage upon delivery and to note this on the carriers paperwork or refuse the parcel. Failure to do so will leave you with no way to receive compensation for any damage to the contents of the package from us or the delivery company.

Any claim based on any defect in quality or condition of the products must be notified to us within 2 days of delivery, after which you will be deemed to have accepted the products and absolve us of any liability whatsoever.

Should there be any defect in any of the product supplied then we will replace the defective products free of charge, or if you choose not to have a replacement you are entitled to a refund minus any shipping and handling.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If the product develops a fault after use and the fault is covered by a manufacturer warranty you may need to deal directly with the manufacturer. We will, where possible, assist you to resolve any such issue you may have.

Please note that any returned goods may be returned to the manufacturer for inspection prior to any refund being given, in order to assess whether the fault was in manufacture or use. Any fault during use, such as flooding, may be required to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty confirmation.

UNWANTED GOODS
Unwanted goods can be returned only after contacting Aquasport International. A refund minus the actual cost of shipping and a restocking fee of 15% (20% for sized goods, BCD’s Wetsuits, Dry Suits etc.) will be issued.

To exchange goods, please contact Aquasport International prior to sending any items. If the item was ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size or colour, then an exchange can be made minus additional costs and postage as stated above and the full cost of the postage for the exchanged goods.

RETURNING GOODS
When returning any goods please include your receipt, contact details (including daytime telephone number), and a note of why the goods are being returned. All goods should be returned using an insured, traceable service.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
If the goods are being shipped overseas, then it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is allowed to be shipped to, and used in your country.

We do not offer a refund or exchange on any items shipped outside the European Union.

Due to it being beyond our control, we do not accept any responsibility for shipment delays due to strike action, customs issues, terrorist incidents, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held responsible for any excise duties or additional charges levied on our consignment.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You may cancel your order at any time prior to the despatch of goods in writing via email, or notify us by telephone. If you notify us by telephone we will request written confirmation and will not despatch the order pending the written confirmation. Once goods have been despatched you will be governed by our exchange and returns policy.

Items that are made to order can only returned if faulty and deemed to be so by a qualified person.

You are not entitled to assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this contract. This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
