Drysuit Servicing

Here at Aquasport we service and repair all makes of drysuit.  We offer a full range of services from leak tests and replacement neck and wrist seals to fitting new zips and dump valves.

Drysuit Service

When booked in for a full service your drysuit will be inspected by one of our technicians to look for any damage or significant wear.  We will conduct a full pressure test to ensure that your drysuit is not leaking from anywhere as well as checking the seals and zip.  Your suit will be cleaned, including stripping down the valves, cleaning the internal components and fitting new o-rings where necessary.  Finally, your zip will be waxed to help protect against damage and give smooth snag free opening and closing.

Drysuit Repairs and Alterations

Most repairs can be done in-house with a turnaround time of 7 working days.  However, during busy periods or if we need to order in any bespoke replacement parts, the servicing time may be longer than this.  With years of experience, we pride ourselves on quality of workmanship and aim to get your suit back to you looking as close to new as possible.

Some repairs may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, or if we are unable to carry out a particular repair or alteration in-house, then we also have the facility to send your suit away to a more specialised repair centre.

There are often several options for a repair or alteration, and we will be able to best advise you once we have had a look at your suit.  Customer service is very important to us and so we will discuss your requirements with you when you drop your suit in to ensure that you get the best possible service and results.
