What are my delivery options?
Standard Delivery – £5.50
Standard delivery generally takes 2-4 working days. Despatch and delivery are between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays). Order before 3pm during this time and we will aim to despatch your order the same day.
Free standard delivery may be available at certain times using a promotional code. This applies to UK mainland addresses only.
Collection from Our Solihull Store – Free

When will you dispatch my order?
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
For the Standard Delivery option, we will aim to despatch your order on the same day if it is placed before 3pm.
At exceptionally busy times like Christmas or in periods of adverse weather conditions deliveries may be delayed by a day or two beyond normal timescales quoted.
What are my delivery options outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK at this time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when we despatch your order, we will email you with the tracking details (this email can sometimes go into a junk folder so check there too). Tracking details may not appear on the carrier's website until the parcel has been scanned into their network on the evening of despatch.
If you have set up an account with us, then you can log in to check the status and tracking of your order.
Can I use an alternative delivery address?
Yes, when paying by card you can enter your delivery address at the first stage and then enter a different billing address at the payment method stage.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
We use a variety of Royal Mail, DPD, ParcelForce, UPS and Collect+ services for deliveries in the UK. Some of these services may require proof of delivery.
